Upon registration you will receive a confirmation email. In this confirmation email you will find a link to the payment page. Please pay as soon as possible, as your registration is not valid without payment.

Up to May 1, the conference fee is €300 , with a reduced fee of €200 for students.

After May 1, the conference fee will be €350 / €250.

Additionally, you will find links to two hotels where a reduced conference fee is available until the beginning of May or the blocked rooms have been filled. Utrecht has plenty of lodging opportunities in case you prefer to find your own place.
